Coffee

It’s Simple: We love Brazilian coffee.

We serve Little City/Casa Brasil coffee in our shop because they work directly with Brazilian coffee growers to source best-of-harvest coffees and bring them back to Austin, where they are meticulously roasted here in Austin, fresh-to-order, in small batches.

In Portugal and Brazil, coffee or "cafezinho"  is as much a ritual as a beverage, enjoyed any time of day for any occasion. All day, for any reason—or no reason at all. Our coffee is served by the cup or sold as 12 ounce whole bean retail bags, which we are happy to grind to your liking.

Blends of coffee:

Cafezinho Dark Roast: We serve this coffee as our standard. It has a dark chocolate, velvety, tobacco body; a thick acidity; and is a dark mild roast.

Alquimista Espresso Blend: We use this coffee for all our espresso drinks. It has a sweet, caramel, chocolate body; a full acidity; and is a medium roast.

S.W.P Decaf Dark Roast: We use this coffee for all our decaf coffees. It has a dark chocolate, full-body and is a dark mild roast.

Nitro Cold Brew Coffee: This slightly effervescent, ice-cold coffee on tap is chilled in a keg and served on draught, then dispensed with nitrogen under high pressure with a foamy head like a Guinness. Rich and creamy—almost velvety because of all of the tiny bubbles — it is sweeter and less acidic than large-batch cold brew. Equal parts chocolatey and silky smooth, nitro is a summer-ready cold coffee we are excited about.

Espresso: A double shot is our standard serving.

Galào: An Azorean breakfast drink of dark roast coffee topped with steamed milk

Lattes: Plain, Mocha, Vanilla, White Chocolate, Honey Lavender, Caramel, and seasonal favorites

Cappuccino: Slightly drier and more airy than a latte.

Cappacello: A lovely blend of lemon juice and our cold nitro brew coffee, sweetened with agave and shaken over ice

Americano: A double shot of espresso diluted with hot water

Affogato: A double shot of espresso served with a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream.
